When it comes to selling, in order to help your potential buyers visualize the space; a properly staged home is 100% more appealing then one without.

However, there are instances where a VACANT HOME will just have to remain VACANT.  Perhaps the sellers could not stage as they needed their furniture for their new home or they have moved away and don’t have the budget to physically stage an entire house, then virtually staging as an option would be perfect.  The seller’s property can still have the look of a warm and cozy home, looking beautiful staged, and picture perfect for their MLS listings.

Virtual Room Staging  is accomplished by virtually incorporating pieces of furniture, draperies, lightings and accessories to empty rooms.
We will not be able to Virtually Renovate Rooms- Meaning, we cannot change walls, add doors/windows to where no doors/windows exist or change the floors.  It would be unethical to misrepresent a house when the reality is not there.  We can only work with a picture that you give us in adding or remove existing furnishings.
Interior Renderings- We are able to create rooms from your 2D photos, 3D, as well as 360-degree photos of the floor plan by virtually staging it with furnishings.
