Quote will include standard accessory and furniture rentals including home staging services to deliver, install, arrange and style – For higher end furnishings, we are able to connect you with our merchandise relationships or we may rent them on your behalf to provide the ultimate look for your market decor

Please Note:  Property must be “Stage Ready” prior to the staging day (Either Seller/ Stager may coordinate “Stage Ready” work prior to staging day).  A vacant property that is ready means that all repairs/renovations are completed, all construction materials/trash removed from the site as well as the property fully cleaned and ready to go.

*Vacant Home Staging means that this is an unoccupied listing and property is fully vacant (home which contains no furnishings or habitants).
