Please Note: Property must be “Stage Ready” prior to the staging day (Either Seller/ Stager may coordinate “Stage Ready” work prior to staging day). A vacant property that is ready means that all repairs/renovations are completed, all construction materials/trash removed from the site as well as the property fully cleaned and ready to go.
*Vacant Home Staging means that this is an unoccupied listing and property is fully vacant (home which contains no furnishings or habitants).
